Construction Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Full time Project Manager to oversee commercial construction remodel Projects from start to finish. Ability to provide management oversight for all phases of multiple construction Projects running simultaneously, including coordinating workers, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.


  • Work with Little or No Supervision while Managing a Team of Multiple Sub-contractors and Vendors

  • Manage Development of Exterior and Interior Commercial Remodels

  • Supervise Roll-outs of Multiple Sites involving Tile Replacement, Wall Panel Replacement, Counter/Millwork and Equipment Replacement, Ceiling Tile Replacement, and Vault Replacement

  • Accurately Complete Site Surveys and Report Survey Information to Project Team

  • Conduct Detailed, On-site Scope Walks to Determine Store Specific Scopes of Work

  • Read, Understand, and Create Detailed Bluebeam Mark-ups on CAD Drawings

  • Write Accurate and Detailed Store Specific Scopes of Work and Project Schedules

  • Negotiate Change Orders

  • Provide Effective Communication on Project Status and Issues Internally and to our Clients

  • Manage Projects to Meet Internal and Client Expectations During Construction

  • Complete Quick and Thorough Project Closeout


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Related Field

  • Extensive Knowledge of Construction and Construction Processes

  • Extensive Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC

  • High Level of Attention to Detail/Accuracy

  • 5+ Years of Retail Commercial Construction Experience (Restaurant/C-Store Experience a Plus)

  • Ability to Work Long Hours as Needed

  • Ability to Pass Basic Construction Document Test
